Tink LLC ("Tink," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Blorp mobile application and the tink.gg website. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our products and services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate our services, and we never sell your personal information to third parties.

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated through your use of our services:

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).
• Profile information: Any optional profile details you choose to add, such as a display name or profile photo.
• Content you create: Posts, plans, and messages you create within the Blorp application.
• Location data: Approximate location when you use location-based features, if you grant permission. We do not continuously track your location in the background.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for diagnostic and security purposes.
• Usage information: Log data including app interactions, crash reports, and performance diagnostics to improve the app experience.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings, at which point we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Location Data

Blorp uses location data to show you nearby plans and activities. Location access is requested only when you use location-based features and requires your explicit permission. We do not track your location in the background. You may revoke location permissions at any time in your device settings.

Precise location data is processed on-device where possible. When server-side processing is necessary, location data is used only to compute nearby content and is not stored beyond the duration of the request.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.
